The Gambia Revenue Authority (GRA) and RippleNami held a training session on a new Rental Income Tax System that aims to simplify tax compliance for landlords and tenants.

Key speakers included Mr. Nuha Manneh, who addressed the system’s background and challenges, and Mr. Maar Sarr, who focused on improvements in data accuracy. Mr. Fafanding Cham urged participants to become Master Trainers for knowledge transfer.

On behalf of Commissioner General Mr. Yankuba Darboe, Mr. John S.L. Gomez highlighted the need for digital solutions to enhance GRA’s efficiency and revenue collection, supporting national development.
