Three Men Plead not Guilty in an Armed Robbery Case Linked to the Kiang Keneba Attacks

Three men, Momodou Lamin Bah, Alagie Kah, and Biram Bah, have pleaded not guilty to robbery, conspiracy, and theft charges in Banjul.

They are accused of carrying out armed robberies on February 23, 2024, targeting the Medical Research Council and two Forex Bureaus.

The men allegedly stole a Toyota Land Cruiser and cash safes totaling D124,966.00, along with two hammers. The prosecution plans to call twelve witnesses and present evidence, including the stolen vehicles.

The trial is expected to continue in the coming weeks.
