MOFA enhances its communication systems with advanced equipment supported by the People’s Republic of China

On December 5, 2025, The Gambia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs received modern communication equipment from the Chinese Embassy, enhancing their partnership.

The donation included various items, including conference microphones, tablets, laptops, and sound systems, handed over by Deputy Head of Mission Mr. Zhao Shangsen to Permanent Secretary Ms. Fatou Kinneh Jobe.

Jobe expressed gratitude for the contribution, highlighting its importance in strengthening the Ministry’s Communication Unit and improving information management and public diplomacy.
