Kenya Airways was named Africa’s Leading Airline at the 2025 World Travel Awards in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, also winning awards for Africa’s Leading Airline Business Class, Leading Inflight Magazine (Msafiri), and Leading Airline Brand.

Other notable winners included Tanzania as Africa’s Leading Destination, Serengeti National Park as Africa’s Leading National Park, the Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club as Africa’s Leading Hotel, and Julius Nyerere International Airport as Africa’s Leading Airport.

Graham Cooke, the founder of the awards, praised the winners for their contributions to the travel sector.

Kenya Airways, founded in 1977, operates over 40 destinations globally and focuses on enhancing travel and supporting tourism in Africa.
