Health Screening and Informative Session in Batti Njol Village, Gambia

The Mamudfana Ex-Students Association partnered with CRR Red Cross and Community Health Nurses to provide free health screenings and diabetes education to over 500 patients in Batti Njol Village, enhancing healthcare access in The Gambia.

Mamudfana Ex-Students Association collaborated with the CRR Red Cross Branch and Community Health Nurses to host a two-day free health screening and informative session in Batti Njol Village.

A total of fifteen volunteers from the Red Cross conducted health assessments, assisted elderly individuals, provided first aid, and educated them on how to prevent diabetes.

More than 500 patients received free medical services and medications, enhancing access to healthcare and fostering partnerships among local organizations and health professionals to support at-risk communities.
