The Clerk of the National Assembly of The Gambia, Mr. Kalipha MM Mbye, will attend the ASGP meeting in Geneva during the 151st IPU Session from October 20 to 22, 2025.

He will present a statement on initiatives from his administration, including an investigation into the assets of former President Yahya A.J.J. Jammeh.

This marks the Gambia’s first participation in the ASGP session, which aims to strengthen the National Assembly’s capabilities and international relations while promoting collaboration among parliamentary bodies globally.
