Ten individuals pleaded guilty to creating a common nuisance at Kololi Tavan during a court session.

The charges, initiated by Sgt. E.M. Jallow stem from incidents on August 12, 2025, involving disturbances to the public.

They were charged under Section 137(1) of the Criminal Offences Act 2025, with Ebrima Krubally being the only one to plead not guilty.

The arrests were linked to complaints about drug abuse, theft, and assaults on schoolchildren. The court hearing is scheduled for August 21, 2025, for sentencing and further evidence against Krubally.
