Foday M. Jaiteh, the Director General, emphasized the need for modernization and strategic sourcing.
Yahya Drammeh from the Ministry of Finance praised the initiative as a key step toward improving transparency and accountability in public procurement and encouraged collaboration to develop legally compliant reform tools.
