Mossad Director David Barnea visited Washington to ask the U.S. for support in moving many Palestinians from Gaza.

He met with White House envoy Steve Witkoff to seek help in convincing Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Libya to accept displaced Gazans, claiming these countries are somewhat open to the idea.

This effort comes as concerns grow about the humanitarian situation in Gaza after months of conflict. Past talks about relocating Gaza’s residents faced strong opposition and legal issues.

U.S. officials have not yet shared their opinion on this proposal, and there has been no response from the three countries about their willingness to participate.
