Sensitization Tour on the Integrated Tax Administration System (ITAS) by The Gambia Revenue Authority (GRA)

The Gambia Revenue Authority (GRA) has completed a sensitization tour about the Integrated Tax Administration System (ITAS) across four regions: North Bank, Lower River, Central River, and Upper River.

Led by Mrs. Matty Njie Senghore, the tour aimed to inform taxpayers and stakeholders about ITAS’s functionalities, which include e-registration, e-filing, e-payment, and e-refunds.

The system is designed to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance in tax collection, with an emphasis on stakeholder cooperation for successful implementation. Workshops included presentations and Q&A sessions on ITAS.
