On September 27, 2025, the Gambia Police Force participated in the Wuli East Nawettan final at Bajakunda, which Hon. Omar Sompo Ceesay sponsored. Tabanding FC won the match against Wellingara Yareh FC with a score of 1–0, receiving a cash prize of D15,000.00 and a trophy, while Wellingara Yareh FC received D10,000.00 and a trophy. The event included a certificate presentation for Commissioner Yerro Mballow, highlighting the police’s commitment to community relations and safety.
