Police have charged eight suspects for irregular migration in Jinack, NBR

Eight suspects have been arraigned at the Essau Magistrates’ Court for alleged irregular migration and human trafficking activities in Jinack Kajata. All pleaded not guilty.

The prosecution requested remand for ongoing investigations, which the Magistrate granted, with the case adjourned to January 21, 2026. Further updates will follow.
