Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, made his first public appearance on Saturday, July 5, after a 12-day war between Israel and Iran.
He appeared at a mosque in Tehran, amidst heightened security due to threats against his life. Khamenei reportedly spent the duration of the war in a bunker.
