GFF Response to Women’s First Division League Match Abandonment

The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) addressed the abandonment of the Women’s First Division League match between Berewuleng and Greater Tomorrow FC on December 19, 2025, due to player eligibility disputes.

Greater Tomorrow FC did not update the registrations of players Jubeh Colley and Mariama Juldeh Jallow in the FIFA Connect System, leading to their exclusion from the official list.

The GFF emphasized the need for clubs to comply with registration protocols and announced a thorough review, with further comments pending the final decision.
