The Gambian team, led by Deputy Mayor Hon. Abdou Aziz Dabakh Gaye, attended the Artemisinin Exhibition in China, highlighting the importance of health in the development of communities.
The exhibition showcased Artemisinin’s contribution to combating malaria, a significant issue in The Gambia and throughout Africa, and highlighted the connection to past visits by Gambian leaders.
The delegation emphasized that addressing health challenges requires intentional efforts, creativity, and international collaboration to foster healthier communities.
