Abubakary Jawara, CEO of Gach Global Trading Company, testified on June 25, 2025, against former employee Kaddijatou Kebbeh and former Gam Petroleum managing director Saikou Drammeh in a lawsuit involving claims of D58.9 million in illegal takeovers, along with $221,000 in disputed petroleum payments and D1 million in legal costs.

The case, overseen by Justice Jaiteh, involves the production of documents from Jah Oil Company. Jawara stated the disputed funds were initially in Euros and became contentious after being sent to Konrigo.

He did not have direct communication with suppliers, which was instead handled by Drammeh, and described attempting to resolve payment issues while cooperating with law enforcement on fraud allegations. The cross-examination is set to continue July 2, 2025.
