Olimatou Jammeh inaugurated an ICT training program for 25 Immigration Officers at the Suitin Institute of Technology on September 16th.
The training focuses on practical skills, including data protection, hardware installation, networking, and troubleshooting, to enhance border management operations.
Jammeh highlighted the importance of documentation and data management and encouraged active participation. This initiative is part of the ongoing capacity-building efforts under Goal 2 of the GID Strategic Plan, which emphasizes secure identification and documentation.
