UTG Students Urge the Gambia Armed Forces, QTV, and GFF for Support

University of The Gambia student leaders partnered with GAF, GFF, and QTV for support in transportation, media, and sports for Students’ Week 2025, set for July 27-August 5 at Tendaba Camp.

Student leaders from the University of The Gambia visited the Gambia Armed Forces, the Gambia Football Federation, and QTV to strengthen partnerships ahead of the annual Students’ Week, scheduled for July 27 to August 5, 2025, at Tendaba Camp.

At the GAF, Chief of Defense Staff Lt. General Mamat O. Cham offered support with transportation and food. At QTV, editors discussed media coverage and internship opportunities.

Lamin M. Jassey from the GFF praised the students’ initiative and provided support, including referee cards and a First Aid Box, while emphasizing the federation’s commitment to promoting football at the university.
