The GPF female team received a donation from a Gambian philanthropist based in the UK.

On December 26, 2025, the Gambia Police Force Female Football Team received a donation of jerseys and a match ball from UK-based philanthropist Staff Sergeant Sara Sumareh at Banjulinding Football Field.

This marked the second time the team benefited from her support. Sumareh motivated the players to remain disciplined in their training. Coach Mariama Bom Sowe appreciated the timely donation as the team prepares for a match against Brikama on December 28, 2025, highlighting the importance of partnerships in sports development.
