The Talking Drums Festival, positioned as an afro-diasporic celebration of hip-hop culture, will take place on December 29th and 30th, 2025. It is expected to draw tens of thousands of fans not only from across Africa and the global diaspora, but also from Ghana. This 48-hour non-stop celebration will spotlight rhythm, culture, and unity, featuring performances from over 40 artists representing the U.S., U.K., and various countries throughout the African continent. “For over 50 years, Hip-hop has influenced not just music fans but many other creative industries.
