The Judge has Rejected the Defence’s ‘no case’ Submission in the Police Shooting Trial
Justice Ebrima Jaiteh dismissed the ‘no case submission’ in the trial of Ousainou Bojang, charged with the murder of two police officers, and Amie Bojang, accused of aiding his escape, ruling that there is sufficient evidence for both to present their defense at the next hearing on November 4, 2024.
