Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that Leicester City is closely monitoring a player currently training with Nottingham Forest, indicating strong interest in him.

The Foxes, gearing up for their return to the topflight under manager Steve Cooper’s leadership, are eager to bolster their squad. Leicester is eyeing an attacker who is currently training at Forest.

Lamin Sillah, a highly rated striker from Gambia’s Under-20 team, is under Nottingham Forest’s scrutiny, but Leicester is also tracking his progress. Sillah’s potential has attracted attention from several Premier League clubs, not just Nottingham Forest and Leicester. Whether Nottingham Forest will extend an offer to Sillah remains uncertain.

If Nottingham Forest decides against signing him, the Gambian talent will likely have other options, and Leicester could be one of them. As the transfer window draws close, all eyes will be on Sillah’s next destination.
