GPF leadership praises NBR Command, sister services, and stakeholders for their collaborative efforts to reduce irregular migration in Jinack.

The Inspector General of Police, Seedy Mukhtar Touray, commended the North Bank Region Police Command, along with sister security services and stakeholders, for their significant efforts in addressing the irregular migration crisis in Jinack.

He praised the leadership of Regional Commissioner CP Mustapha Sowe, emphasizing that their operations successfully disrupted migration networks, restored public confidence, and strengthened border integrity.

The IGP expressed appreciation for the collaboration among agencies and reaffirmed the commitment to enhancing operational capacity in the fight against irregular migration, thereby reinforcing peace and security in The Gambia.
