The technology prospects in The Gambia are improving thanks to Kids in Technology (KIT), established by Kawsu Jabbie, which recently completed a six-week program that taught and graduated children in essential digital and engineering skills on September 6.
This course included fundamental computer concepts, programming, and leadership, with students developing projects such as a blind stick for those with visual impairments.

KIT also earned its second accolade at the Pan-African Robotics Competition.
Jabbie aims to address funding obstacles through self-financing and collaborations with the government.
Graduate Aisha Yahya Ceesay expressed her appreciation and her ambition to further her technology expertise.
