Collen Kebinatshipi Wins the Men’s 400m Final, Leading Botswana to Victory

Botswana’s Collen Kebinatshipi won gold in the men’s 400m final at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo with a national record of 43.53 seconds, ahead of Jereem Richards of Trinidad and Tobago and compatriot Bayapo Ndori.

Collen Kebinatshipi of Botswana won the gold medal in the men’s 400m final at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo on September 21, achieving a national record time of 43.53 seconds.

Jereem Richards from Trinidad and Tobago earned silver with a national record of 43.72 seconds, while Bayapo Ndori of Botswana took bronze at 44.20 seconds.

The race showcased new talents, as none of the previous year’s champions were present. Kebinatshipi expressed pride in his victory for Botswana.
